NeoVR Play Hub was founded in 2019 by a group of technology enthusiasts and gamers who believed that virtual reality deserved to be accessible to everyone — not just tech insiders with expensive home setups.

Starting with a single venue in Sydney's Haymarket district, we quickly grew to four locations across Australia, driven by the incredible response from our community of players. Today, we're proud to be Australia's most-loved VR gaming club.

Do I need any prior VR experience? +
Not at all! Our friendly staff will guide you through a full safety briefing and tutorial before your session begins. We welcome complete beginners and experienced VR players alike.
What is the minimum age requirement? +
The minimum age is 7 years. Players aged 7–12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some experiences are rated 15+ due to their content. Our staff will advise you on age-appropriate experiences when you arrive.
How do I book a session? +
You can book online through our booking page or call your nearest venue directly. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
What should I wear to a VR session? +
Wear comfortable, casual clothing that allows free movement. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety. Avoid wearing glasses if possible — we have prescription lens inserts available for most headsets. Remove any jewellery that may interfere with the headset.
Can I get motion sick from VR? +
Some people experience mild motion discomfort, especially during their first VR session. We recommend starting with seated or slower-paced experiences. Our staff are trained to help manage any discomfort, and sessions can be paused or stopped at any time. The sensation typically reduces with repeated use.
Is the equipment cleaned between sessions? +
Absolutely. All VR headsets, controllers, and accessories are thoroughly sanitised between every session using hospital-grade disinfectant wipes. Disposable hygiene covers are provided for all headsets.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? +
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us or call your venue directly.
Do you offer gift vouchers? +
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any session type or value. They make a perfect present for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Contact us to purchase a gift voucher.
